Das Cam Eye Sport steuert einen Camcorder und zeigt über eine LED den aktuellen Zustand an.

V1.4 für Sony Camcorder mit Schaltern welche je eine Richtung für Aufnahme und Wiedergabe haben.

V1.6 für Sony Camcoder welche einen "Wipp" Schalter haben, bei dem durch mehrfaches betätigen zwischen Aufnahme und Wiedergabe hin und her geschaltet wird.

CamEye SPORT LANC remote control.
Designed for use in extreme sports together with a "bullet" or "lipstick" type camera lens connected to your video recording device (video camera with AV in capability or video recording deck). CamEye SPORT can also control the recording device in CAMERA mode (V1.4only). V1.6 works only in VCR/PLAYER mode and will power up the camcorder in VCR/PLAYER mode overriding the camcorder power switch. V1.8 is especially designed for Sonys new DVD and Hard Disk camcorders.

CamEye SPORT makes it easy to start and stop recording - great for saving valuable and expensive DV tapes - no more unnecessary film shots. A short click on the red button toggles between recording and standby. The feedback LED indicator shows the camera status and even tells you when it's time to replace the tape or recharge the battery.

With CamEye SPORTs 1 meter (3.3 feet) long connection cable you can safely pack your camera in padding and in a protected area of you back or belly pack. You can place the CamEye SPORT control unit on your shouldre strap and there is no need to access the camera for start and stop or power on / off functions.

Extends the cameras battery capacity CamEye SPORT lets you turn on and off the power to the videocamera without the need to toutch the videocamera. 

Multicolor light for full information.
A green light indicates power on and standby. A red light indicates recording in progress An alternating green/red blinking light indicates low battery and warns you when you have less than 5 minutes left on the tape. A blinking red light indicates that the camera is in PHOTO mode or in other ways not yet ready for recording.

One button for all functions
You don't need to learn complicated button combinations. Lets you focus on your sport activity.

Works with camcorders with a LANC jack.
All SONY camcorder with a LANC jack can be controlled via CamEye SPORT. Three different versions are available. Other brands also have LANC ports.

CamEye SPORT is not just a light.
A microcomputer inside CamEye SPORT controls the camera and reads the status for you. CamEye SPORT works in parallel with the normal control buttons on your camcorder. This means that you can still operate the camera the normal way without the need to remove CamEye SPORT.

Versions

V1.4 controls recording in CAMERA and VCR mode. Not suited for camcorders with toggle type powerswitches and auto power up in VCR mode V1.6 (override) controls recording in VCR mode only. Designed for use with for camcorders with toggle type powerswitches and recording in VCR mode. This version overrides the powers switch and forces the camcorder into VCR mode. Not suited for CANON.
